Refunds and Returns

We understand that shopping online may be difficult wondering how the item might fit and feel. We will always do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing accurate garment descriptions including sizing information and a fair exchange policy.

 

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT

  • We do not refund returns if you change your mind on an item purchased. We offer a 3 month credit note or can happily exchange the size for you, if available.
  • Sale & Clearance items are considered final sale and we have a strict no returns policy on these items.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are purchased on pre-order or special customer order.
  • Your item must not have been worn, washed or altered from its original condition in any way.
  • The swing tag must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received.
  • For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear or swimwear.
  • Items must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
  • bonnie + clyde reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.
  • For Western Australian customers, we are happy to accept returns in store.

 

STEPS FOR RETURNING A GARMENT

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@bonnieclyde.com.au within 7 days of receiving item.

Please outline the item as thoroughly as possible (brand, style name, size), the invoice number from your receipt and the reason for return.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods are returned to us within the outlined timeframe. Any postage costs related to returns are at the customers expense with the exclusion of faulty items, which we are happy to reimburse. Please use a trusted postage method as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit.

We will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and approved. Your credit note will be issued for the total value paid for the item and emailed to you.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If an item is faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a refund.
  • Faulty items are classified as faulty where they are received with a manufacturing fault, which has occurred within a reasonable time frame.
  • Items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear over time will not be deemed faulty
  • Items that have obviously been damaged in transit by the carrier will not be deemed faulty

 

STEPS FOR RETURNING A FAULTY GARMENT

If the item you have received is faulty please email us at info@bonnieclyde.com.au. Clearly outline the fault, where it is situated on the product and attached a photograph of the fault to help us understand where the item has been damaged.

If an item is faulty and you are eligible for refund, you will also be refunded the cost of the postage to return the item to us. You MUST attach a copy of the receipt for the postage cost for this to be refunded.

We will notify you by email once your faulty item has been inspected and approved. If a replacement is being provided we will post the item express at no additional cost. If the item is being refunded we will process the refund and provide a copy of the receipt.
